I joined the Eventr team at Soft Pauer in January 2023, amidst the planning stage of Eventr Version 2. The timing of my arrival allowed me to be fully immersed in the new phase of Eventr, giving me the opportunity to contribute towards the direction of the platform.

Overview

Eventr is an all-new set of user-focused digital products designed to enhance corporate and leisure travel, with a focus on teams. Users can create and manage itineraries, communicate with team members and much more.

Goal

Based on our vision for the platform, feedback from prospective clients and industry pain points, our aim was to build upon the old design and functionality to elevate the overall utility and experience.

RESEARCH

Diving into the digital travel solution industry.

Primary Research

This phase involved engaging directly with users and organisations who were currently utilising their own systems or alternative solutions. Our aim was to gain deep insights into their experiences, identify pain points and discern their unmet needs.


We also meticulously evaluated other applications currently available in the market such as TripIt, Wanderlog, Navan and SAP Concur. Our objective was to assess their design and usability, identifying strengths and weaknesses through testing scenarios.
